I wonder who remembers the good old days. The day and age that was not for Playstations. the days when we used to chill for our COMPULASARY siestas to be over at 4pm and we dash out to go and play.
The good old days when you were not allowed to watch The bold and the Beautiful and Santa Barbra only for your folks to find out that there was a repeat at 2pm the next day when the station opens. the days when there was no staying up unless you have a flick, a tape to watch coz the stations closed at 12am sharp with Prayers and The National Anthem.
The days when playing bano and shake was the in thing. The days when shuffle was the dance to jua for whatever ngoma that plays. Yaani the days when your going to shags with private means your pops or mum ingia the petrol station and sema quote " JAZA!" coz petrol was like Kshs.30 per litre.
The days there were no second hand motiz on the road. People were Cashed enuff to buy a car from the Show room.
